In this case, you want to quickly scan several pages and find the 2 to 3 roofers who have the MOST total reviews. It will almost always also be a high rating, because they are using a system. The arrows show roofers you would want to call. Low rating, low number of reviews or best of all.......both!

Again, the red arrows indicate excellent businesses to call. Even with a perfect 5 star rating, if have under 10 total reviews, they will lose out to their competitors who have hundreds of reviews.
